Reed Four

What are these guys up to anyways?

Morbid Colors World Premiere

We had the opportunity to attend an exclusive screening of Morbid Colors on October 16.  It was a surreal experience to say at the least.  It was such a great movie.  Matthew's small cameo as a "bad guy" was hilarious, but to see (and hear) "Cocoon (Theatrical)" during the closing sequence of the movie was just unexplainably awesome.  We are beside ourselves.  The team behind Morbid Colors also made an announcement about when to expect the movie to be purchased and streamed in the coming months.  Keep your eyes peeled for the release of Morbid Colors soon.

Mayday Film Festival 2019

The crew behind Morbid Colors premiered their second movie trailer at this years Mayday Film Festival.  Afterwards, they followed up with a Q&A session with the audience.  We had the privilege of not only being able to attend the Morbid Colors panel at this years Mayday Film Festival, but also having the privilege of being a part of it.  Within the trailer a new Reed Four song, Cocoon, was revealed.  We are happy to announce that same song will be featured in full length during the movie.  Director Matthew Packman said that he plans on releasing the trailer to the public later this spring.  He also mentioned that they fully expect the movie will premiere sometime in first quarter of 2020.  Be on the lookout for more updates and your chance to get a sneak peek at Reed Four's new song Cocoon.

Almost Always Never

It is always exciting when someone approaches us to let us know how much they like our music.  It's even more exciting when someone likes our music enough to incorporate it into their own personal projects.  Lifestyle blog, Almost Always Never, recently started its own podcast.  The blog and podcast explores everything from technology to children's books.  Every show has to have an intro and an outro, right?  Well, it just so happens that they are using our very own song "Slow" for their intro and outro music for the podcast!  Words can't express how thankful we are for this.  Check out the Almost Always Never podcast today!

Morbid Colors

Our drummer boy Matthew got a chance to test out his acting skills over the summer.  He was asked to play a couple of small roles in an upcoming indie horror/thriller film by director Matthew Packman.  It could've been the beard that got him the part, but it could've also been that the movie co-stars his wife and former actress in our Old Piano  music video Lanae Hyneman.  The movie also nabbed our trampoline girl Jessica Schmitt from our Old Piano music video as well.  Follow their Facebook page to keep up to date with developments.  While you're here, check out the movie trailer for Morbid Colors!

New Song

Last month we returned to 95.7FM The Spin's Local Show at University of Southern Indiana for an interview and a performance.  During the interview we revealed that we've been working on a new material for our next project.  We also performed an unplugged version of a brand new song called "Consistent".
